Age & Consent

By using Amari Content Suite, I confirm that I am 18 years or older, or 13+ with parental/guardian consent. I understand that minors cannot legally accept full liability, and therefore any use by individuals under 18 must be supervised and approved by a parent or guardian.

Safety Commitment

I agree not to use Amari Content Suite to generate, request, modify, or distribute prompts, images or content that involve harmful, unsafe, illegal, or abusive material. This includes, but is not limited to: violence, hate, harassment, sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, self-harm, criminal activity, or any other content that violates safety standards.

User Responsibility

I understand that Amari Content Suite writes AI prompts and creates AI images, intended to be safe and responsible. I am solely responsible for the photos I upload, the prompts I write or change, and any images or content I create — whether made inside Amari Content Suite or in another A.I tool, platform or service.

Liability Disclaimer

I agree that Amari Content Suite, its creators, and its operators are not liable for any misuse, outcomes, damages, or consequences resulting from:

• My use of generated prompts
• My modification of prompts
• My use of external A.I tools
• Images I create in Amari Content Suite, and the photos I choose to upload
• Any content I create, share, or distribute

I accept full responsibility for how I use the prompts and any resulting content.

Data & Privacy

Amari Content Suite has no accounts and no database. It never keeps your photos, your prompts or the images you create.

Creating an image in Amari Content Suite: when you tap Create Image, your prompt and any photos you add are sent securely to the AI that makes the picture — Nano Banana 2 (Google's Gemini image model), run by fal.ai. The finished image comes straight back to your device. Amari Content Suite only passes the request along; it doesn't save anything.

We switch on the providers' privacy settings wherever they're offered, and each provider handles requests under its own privacy policy.

Using another AI app: with Copy prompt or Create with other A.I, your prompt is built on your device and nothing is sent to Amari Content Suite. That app's own privacy policy applies.

Photos of other people: only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who have agreed to it. Never upload photos of children without a parent or guardian's permission.

Saved on your device only: your saved templates and quick start, your business details, logo and style reference photos, your model choice, your last-used AI app, and your acceptance of these terms. This stays in your browser's own storage, never leaves your device and isn't visible to us. Clearing your browser data removes it. To move it to another device, use Back up my settings at the bottom of the page — the backup is a file you keep yourself.

Amari Content Suite is hosted by a third-party web host, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of access) as part of delivering the site. Amari Content Suite's creators do not use these to identify or track you.

Acceptance

By ticking the agreement box and continuing to use Amari Content Suite, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted these terms. I agree to use A.I responsibly and acknowledge that Amari Content Suite is not liable for misuse or modified outputs.
